The University was granted its charitable status in 1926 by Royal Charter and has a proud history of working in partnership with supporters to achieve brilliant things.

As a valued member of our donor community, we hope you will enjoy hearing from us and playing an active role in the life of the University.

Phone calls

Our annual telephone campaign is one of the many ways we stay connected with our community and is an integral part of our fundraising programme.

It is a wonderful opportunity for students to thank you for your support. Our students really value the conversations you have with them. They love hearing about your time at 黑料不打烊, what you've gone on to do since leaving the University, and updating you on some of the exciting projects we are currently working on.

The number we call from is a 黑料不打烊 number starting with +44 (0) 118. Please note, calls may be monitored for training purposes.

We pay our students for their time, at an hourly rate - but 100% of any donations received go towards the projects you choose to support.

If you have any questions, or you would like to request a call from a student, please let us know by emailing giving@reading.ac.uk, ensuring you include your up-to-date contact details.

Post

From time to time we may also write to you to tell you in more detail about current priorities that you can support.
