Service Level Agreement
These Service Level Agreements (SLA) outlines the duties and responsibilities of the Timetabling Team, Room Booking service, and Schools and Directorates across the University. This document details the services provided within current resources to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and lays down the responsibilities of each party. These documents were approved by CILT (Committee for Infrastructure in Learning and Teaching) in Spring 2025 after consultation with a wide range of academic and professional services colleagues.

The timetable of sessions that have a pre-Semester 1 start is now confirmed and visible to students.
The rest of the year is still in draft and is accessible for staff for the full year.

Online room bookings are available for both years, but these are subject to restrictions. Please see the Help Page for more information.
