Governance
To ensure the successful delivery of our Digital Research strategy, a dedicated steering committee has been established to provide expert guidance, oversight, and direction.
This committee is responsible for the complete lifecycle of the strategy, from planning to implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Guidance: Provide advice and direction to ensure the Digital Research strategy aligns with wider University goals, including the Digital Strategy and the Research and Innovation Strategy.

Ownership and Planning: Take full ownership of the strategy's implementation, including creating a detailed plan and prioritising key topics and initiatives.

Supporting Progress: Actively consider, coordinate, and support the development of proposals and business cases that advance our strategic objectives. This includes reviewing financial aspects and proactively supporting funding applications for priority projects.

The steering group brings together key stakeholders from across the University to ensure a balanced and representative perspective. Membership includes an equal number of colleagues from:
