As part of Black History Month, the Department of History will host a symposium.
This event will allow lecturers and students from across the University to present their research on the history of the Black diaspora. Presentations will cover various chronological, geographical, and theoretical contexts.
The symposium is open to anyone at any stage of their academic career (from BA students to emeritus professors) who wishes to present and discuss their interests and work with colleagues from different disciplines.
After the presentations, we will have the opportunity to discuss this research and future steps over tea and cake.
